"Electrostatic" is a term used to describe the attraction electrically "charged" paint has for a metal item given the opposite charge. The result of this process is two-fold. First, the paint is drawn around corners to ensure complete and even coverage. Second, there is virtually no over spray, fog, or drift in the air. Electrostatic painting is not only the most effective means of painting metal furniture, lockers, office equipment, it is also the cleanest. We do our work in the evening if you wish so as not to disturb the workplace. More important than the paint we apply is the time spent properly preparing the surface to insure good paint adhesion and consistent gloss from piece to piece. Drawer edges are always sanded and painted. Locks, name tags and handles are masked out. The insides of the bookcases are painted as nicely as the outside.
